Dynamic Peak Pricing Trial

As a part of Blacktown Solar City, Integral Energy is running four voluntary 24-month Energy Saver Trials in Blacktown, starting from October 2007. Taking part is a great way to do your bit to help secure Australia’s energy future. You can choose to participate in one or more of the trials. You are also free to opt out of a trial at any time should you wish to do so.

You’ll receive energy bonuses of up to $100
By taking part in these important trials you’ll have a great opportunity to save money off your energy bills. In addition to these potential savings, an immediate $25 bonus will also be credited to your next Integral Energy electricity bill to thank you for participating. Better still, you’ll receive a further $75 at the trial’s completion.

Trial 3 – Dynamic Peak Pricing Trial
The Dynamic Peak Pricing trial charges you a premium electricity tariff during the peak energy periods. But for the remainder of the year you will pay a lower tariff for your electricity than what you pay now. By simply changing the times you use non-essential energy, you can use this trial to make substantial savings on your electricity bill. And for your convenience, you’ll be given clear notification no later than 11am on the days the peak tariffs apply.
‘Peak energy periods’ are defined as 1pm-8pm on up to 12 days between 1 November and 31 March per year.
