Solar Home Offer 4 is no longer available due to the immediate cancellation by the Australian Government of the Solar Home and Communities Plan. In the recent federal budget the Australian Government changed the eligibility criteria for domestic solar electricity rebates. The previous Photovoltaic Rebate Program has now been replaced by the Solar Home and Community Plan. Under the Solar Home and Community Plan rebates are now means tested and only available to households with a family taxable income of less than $100,000. These changes now also apply to Blacktown Solar City.

If your family taxable income is less than $100,000 and you meet all other existing selection criteria for Blacktown Solar City solar home offers, you will not be affected by these changes and I will be able to process your application as normal.

If your family taxable income is greater than $100,000, a limited amount of additional Australian Government funding has been provided for these applications. However, you should be aware that applicants will be allocated this funding based on the date of their application until the funding is exhausted.

• 1 x BP Solar Energizer 1000 electricity system (1 kilowatt)
• This offer is only available on a new home in the The Ponds by Landcom. It is available for purchase by cash or ANZ home loan
• $3,691 including GST and all available government and BP Solar rebates
