Part of the terms and conditions of taking up these special Blacktown Solar City offers is that you will be required to fill out a one-off survey form about your household energy use and then allow the project consortium to collect energy generation and consumption data for your home for the project period (2007-2013). This is done automatically via your electricity meter without any impact on your life.
